David is a Portfolio Manager for BMO Asset Management Inc.’s Canadian Small Cap and Growth Opportunities strategies. He joined the firm in 2012 and has over 13 years of investment industry experience with over 10 years focused exclusively on analyzing small and medium sized companies. Prior to joining BMO AM, David worked in equity research for GMP Securities where he covered multiple sectors. He holds an Honors of Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA Charterholder. David is a past President for the Equity committee of the Toronto CFA Society.

Greg Wilkinson is Institutional Portfolio Manager for Franklin Real Asset Advisors, with primary responsibility for providing clients with perspective and insight on FRAA's private and public real estate and listed infrastructure products globally. Greg joined Franklin Templeton's Melbourne office in 2007 and specialised in working with FRAA's clients in the listed and unlisted real estate asset classes. In this role he was responsible for communicating investment recommendations to clients, providing information on investment portfolios, negotiating mandates and for strategic relationship management. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in Australia, Mr. Wilkinson spent the previous five years in London working at Credit Suisse in the Prime Brokerage division, advising, financing and trading with hedge fund clients and managers of alternative investment strategies. Previously to that, Mr. Wilkinson worked in similar client facing roles for Merrill Lynch, DLJ and Lloyd's TSB. Mr. Wilkinson graduated from University College London with B.A. (Hons) in 1999. He became a CFA Charterholder in 2009.

John Wilson joined Sprott Asset Management LP in January 2012 with over 25 years of investment and business experience. Previously, he was Chief Investment Officer at Cumberland Private Wealth Management. Prior to that, John founded DDX Capital Partners, an alternative investment management firm; was Managing Director and a top-rated technology analyst* at RBC Capital Markets; and previously, a Director at UBS Canada.
John earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University, and is an MBA graduate of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Joshua Varghese, CFA
Portfolio Manager, Signature Global Asset Management
Joshua is responsible for Signature’s global real estate equity portfolio housed primarily within CI’s award-winning balanced income mandates. Joshua manages one of the largest portfolios of global real estate securities in Canada and is a speaker at national real estate conferences such as RealPac and RealREIT. He is Lead Portfolio Manager of Signature Real Estate Pool and assists with the portfolio management of Signature High Income Fund and Signature Diversified Yield Fund. Joshua Varghese has over 10 years of financial industry experience having been with CI Investments since 2006. Joshua holds a Bachelor of International Business from Carleton University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Keith Lam, CFA, CPA, CA

Keith Lam is a member of the Equities team and has portfolio management responsibility for All Cap Equity and Balanced strategies. His role encompasses stock selection, portfolio construction and risk mitigation.
Prior to joining CIBC Asset Management in 2014, Mr. Lam was Managing Director, CFO and Portfolio Manager at Red Sky Capital Management Ltd. where he was responsible for all unitholder, financial, and regulatory reporting activities. He also participated in investment decisions related to financial services, technology, real estate and consumer product sectors in North America. Prior to that Mr. Lam was Vice-President and Associate Portfolio Manager at GMP Investment Management, and Financial Services Equity Research Associate at GMP Securities.
Mr. Lam holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo. He is a CPA, CA and a CFA Charterholder.
Talbot Babineau, CFA

Talbot is the President and CEO of IBV Capital and is a co-founder of the firm. IBV Capital is an Alternative Investment Management Firm with a long history of successfully executing its disciplined absolute value investment philosophy. Prior to co-founding IBV Capital, Talbot was responsible for all aspects of a well established Canadian Family Office. As Vice President-Investments, Talbot managed a global investment portfolio, as well as the sale of a large family business. Prior to joining the Family Office, Talbot spent the previous five years in the commercial real estate investing industry where he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, as well as corporate strategic planning.
Talbot holds an Honours Economics and Financial Management degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
